Bingo in Iran is a fun and easy game to pick up. Players simply choose a card or board, then follow the instructions of the caller to mark off the numbers on the card as they’re called. The caller will announce which numbers are being called, while players mark off the appropriate numbers with a marker, usually costing between 50 and 200 Tomans.
There are three types of Bingo offered in Iran including the 90-ball Bingo, 75-ball Bingo, and 80-ball Bingo. The most common form of Bingo is the 90-ball game. This game involves a 3x9 board with numbers ranging from 1 to 90. Players aim to complete patterns, such as a full house (every number on the card), within the specified amount of calls by the caller.
The 75-ball game is similar to the 90-ball game but on a 5x5 card with a central coverall. The 80-ball variation includes a 4x4 card with patterns determined by the caller.
