Mahjong is an ancient Chinese game of skill, strategy, and calculation using tiles. A typical Mahjong game is for four players and involves the use of 136 tiles, including the four Winds, various Dragons, Flowers, and more. Players take turns building walls of tiles, making patterns, or claiming tiles to build certain hands, trying to outplay the opponents and score as many points as possible. Mahjong is still very popular in places where it was traditionally played, such as in China, Taiwan, and Japan, but it has recently gained in popularity in other countries, including Uzbekistan.
