Pai Gow is quite a complicated game that involves learning the rules of the game in order to execute the best strategy. The game requires tactics, as well as strategic thinking.
In Pai Gow, each player attempts to create two hands out of the four dominoes dealt. One of the hands is called the “high” hand, and the other is called the “low” hand. The high hand must be higher than the low hand. The highest-ranking hand is a 9-lo or a 9-man, which is composed of two 9-man dominoes.
The hands are arranged into two hands of two dominoes each, and the two hands must be higher than the banker’s hands to win. If the player wins one hand and loses the other hand, then the result is called a tie. If the player wins both hands, the player wins the game. If the player loses both hands, the player loses the game.
The dealer will then draw 2 tiles from the remaining dominoes and set them as their own hands. This is known as the banker’s hands. The banker’s hands must be higher than any other hands. If the banker wins both hands, the banker collects the stakes from all the players.
