Pai Gow is a popular Chinese gambling game that has gained international acclaim since its introduction to the casino gaming world. It's a simple game of dominoes with a twist that allows players to be competitive and to have lots of fun. Pai Gow is played between two players, each with nine pieces (or tiles). Both players are dealt seven tiles each, and then both players must make two separate hands, with two tiles in one hand and five tiles in the other. The player then compares his or her two hands with the dealer's two hands and if both of the player's hands are higher in rank than the dealer's, the player wins.
