Sic Bo is an ancient dice game originating in Asia. It is also known as Tai Sai and Big and Small and is popular among Chinese, Vietnamese and Filipino communities. The game is played on a long rectangular table which is covered with green felted surface surrounded by a padded ledge and metal dividers.
The game is played by the players placing their bets on the table in order to predict the outcome of the dice which are rolled by a croupier or dealer. Players usually bet on a range of totals, single numbers or combinations. Before the dice are roled the croupier collects all the bets and then the dice are rolled. After the players have made their bets, the croupier will roll three dice and announce the results. The player who will successfully predict the outcomes can win up to 60 times their stake.
