Baccarat is a card game played between two hands ā the player and the banker. The game is played with a six-deck or eight-deck shoe. The rules of the game are simple to understand and game outcomes depend on the strength of the hands dealt. In Baccarat, cards numbered 2 to 9 are worth their face value. 10s, Jacks, Queens, and Kings are worth zero points and Aces are worth one. When one or both of the hands total 8 or 9, both the player and banker stand. If the player's score is 5 or lower, the player must draw one additional card. If the player stands and the banker has a total of 5 or lower, the banker must draw one additional card.
