Video Poker is an electronic casino game based on five-card draw poker that’s played on a computerized console with a standard size monitor similar to the ones found at online slots. The objective of Video Poker is typically to make the best 5-card poker hand possible. Players may receive multiple hands and each hand is dealt from a randomly shuffled deck of cards, usually 10 or more. Depending on the strategy used, a typical Video Poker game will require the player to place a bet or wager, to be able to draw up to 5 cards, and then to replace the cards they don’t want with new ones from a standard deck. At the end of each game, the player's total winnings are given to them as chips.
