To start playing craps in Belgium, the first step is to place your bets. Players can make a pass line bet or a donāt pass bet before the dice are rolled. The pass line bet pays even money if the shooter rolls a seven or an eleven and loses if the shooter rolls a two, three or twelve. The players make a donāt pass bet for exactly the opposite, and it pays even money if the shooter rolls a two or three and loses if the shooter rolls a seven or eleven.
After the pass line bet or donāt pass bet is made, the player rolls the two dice. If the shooter rolls a four, five, six, eight, nine or ten, that number is called a āpointā. The player then makes additional bets either along the pass line or behind the pass line.
The shooter must make the point twice in order for the pass line bet to win and for the donāt pass bet to lose. If the shooter rolls a seven before their point (called a āseven-outā), the pass line bet loses and the donāt pass bet wins.
Players in Belgium also have the option to make other bets on the same roll depending on the size of the table and the game. These include come bet, donāt come bet, taking odds, laying odds, hard way bets and any seven bets.
