Dragon Tiger rules are quite simple. Players in the Cuba place a bet on either the "dragon" or the "tiger", then a card is drawn from a standard deck. The card with the highest value wins the round, regardless of suit. Suits are not taken into consideration when determining the winner. To compete, players place a bet on either the "dragon" or the "tiger".
The dealer then draws one card from a standard deck and places it face up in the "dragon" spot and another card face up in the "tiger" spot. The payouts are based on which side has the highest value card. A wager of 10 is returned if the hand is a tie.
