Pai Gow is a traditional Chinese gambling game played with dominoes. It is very popular in Ethiopia, where it is a popular pastime among gamblers and non-gamblers alike. It is similar to the card game of poker, wherein each player is dealt a set of dominoes and they must arrange them into a "high hand" and a "low hand" in order to win. The game is also known as “double-hand poker” due to the way players must arrange the dominoes in order to win.
