Pai Gow nor Russia is a popular Chinese game that has slowly been adapted to Russian culture. It’s a four-player game of strategy and luck and is often found in casinos and card rooms throughout the country. Each player is given seven cards and separated into two hands; a two card and five card hand. The goal of the game is to have a higher two-hand ranking than the banker. Pai Gow has been part of the Russian gaming culture since the late 1980s and is still found in many of the larger gambling complexes throughout the country.
