The most popular strategies for Punto Banco include: Martingale, Paroli, Cancellation, Weston and Figure.
The Martingale Strategy
The Martingale Strategy is the most commonly used strategy in Punto Banco. It requires a player to double their bet each time they lose, so that when they win their losses will be recovered and the bet will still be in profit. The upside of this system is that if the player is lucky enough to hit a winning streak there can be significant profits. However, the downside is that it could lead to large losses due to the rapidly increasing bets.
The Paroli System
The Paroli System is the exact opposite of the Martingale Strategy. The player will increase their bets after each win, and return to a lower level of betting when they lose. This strategy maximises profits when the player is on a winning streak. The proās of this system is that the risk of losing large sums of money is minimised, however the potential winnings is also decreased.
The Cancellation System
The Cancellation System involves the player selecting a series of numbers, for example 1-2-3-4-5. The player will then bet a specific amount of money on each number. If consecutive numbers are won the playerās bet is cancelled, however if any number loses then the system starts again with the first number. The advantage of this system is that the player cannot lose huge sums of money, however due to the cancellation some of the potential winnings can be lost.
The Weston System
The Weston System involve the player betting on all even money turns, but losing a bet should the coin land on a tie. The advantage of this system is that the maximum amount lost in a single game is much lower than that of other systems, however this can also lead to reduced amounts of profits due to the reduced risks.
The Figure System
The Figure System involves the player betting on quite a few numbers and divisions, with just one bet being placed per game. The player is allowed to choose where they will place their bets, therefore allowing them to increase their chances of winning. The upside of this system is that players can make a large number of small bets, however it can also lead to potential losses as betting on a large number of options is risky.
