Pai Gow is a classic Chinese dominoes game comprised of 32 tiles. Like many traditional casino games such as Baccarat or Sic Bo, the basic premise of Pai Gow centers around predicting which hand will have a higher value. Players can win in Pai Gow by arranging their tiles into two hands: 5 of the tiles are used to form the highest valued hand, and the remaining tiles form the second. In a game of Pai Gow, both the player and the dealer need to make two handsof two tiles each. The highest valued hand, or the "high hand," is made up of the 5 tiles and is compared with the dealer’s “high hand” in a showdown. If the player’s “high hand” is higher than the dealer’s, the player wins the game.
