Jennifer Aument Nominated as Aristocrat's New Non-Executive Director

Aristocrat Gaming, a leading online casino content supplier, has nominated Jennifer Aument as the company's new Non-Executive Director. The nomination will become official after completing the required regulatory pre-approvals. 

Ms Aument has a wealth of experience creating, implementing, and delivering significant infrastructures, having led different departments in numerous publicly traded infrastructure companies in the US and Australia. Recently, she was AECOM's Global Transportation Chief Executive, an eminent infrastructure consulting firm. At AECOM, Aument effectively managed a team of more than 14,000 individuals. 

Before that, she worked for nearly ten years as the CEO and President of Transurban's North American operations. She also held executive posts in public affairs and government relations at Bechtel Infrastructure, among various enterprises.

Ms Aument currently lives in Virginia in the United States, where she is part of numerous advisory boards, including those for Cornell University and the Eno Center for Transportation. Furthermore, she previously sat on the Virginia Port Authority's Board of Commissioners.

Commenting on Aument's appointment, Neil Chatfield, Chair of Aristocrat Gaming, remarked: "I am delighted that Jennifer has agreed to join the Aristocrat board. Jennifer has a particular understanding of the US and Australian environments, the complexities of supply chains and the delivery of major projects, and is a thought leader in the use of consumer digital technology.

Once regulatory pre-approval has been granted, Jennifer Aument will become a Director (Elect). Upon getting the pre-approval for Ms Aument, the Board will ratify her appointment as a Director of the Company.

Aument's appointment comes when the company has been closing multiple milestone deals in the US. Recently, Anaxi, part of Aristocrat, has completed content deals to supply Aristocrat's games to some of the best online casinos in the US, including Caesars Casino, FanDuel, and BetMGM.
