Azerbaijani is an old Turkish language that is also referred to as Azeri Turkish or Azeri. Knowing it is advantageous because it lays an excellent foundation for mastering other popular Turkic languages such as Uzbek, Kazakh, and Uighur.
Bearing in mind that Azerbaijani has more than 30 million speakers, it also helps those working in politics and international business communicate better. Pronouncing Azerbaijani words is a piece of cake since they are pronounced as they are spelled. Like some common languages today, there is no gender in Azerbaijani. It also lacks the verb "to have" and borrows some of its vocabulary from Arabic, Russian and Farsi.
